AU Park

We performed a complete interior renovation on this AU Park jewel box.  Updating the exterior and adding a front portico gave the property more street presence while complementing the aesthetic of the neighborhood. Steps from Turtle Park, we  focused on how a family with children would live in the space while incorporating unique architectural details and high-end finishes.  Design choices of white oak hardwood flooring, antique brass fixtures and hardware, and handmade tile were made to stand the test of time and offer a unique living experience for the new owners.
