While delivering a top to bottom gut renovation of this home, our approach was to maximize the curb appeal and large corner lot. Adding some additional square footage to the living space and re-configuring the floor plan, we were able to achieve a functional layout with 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. High end fixtures and custom architectural details bring warmth and charm to this turnkey home.
