Ross Koenig
Founder
A native Washingtonian, Ross founded Scribe in 2019. He oversees property acquisitions and capitalization, bringing experience in commercial brokerage and construction management, and a commitment to preserving the character of local neighborhoods.
Jacey Cavanagh
Development & Design
Jacey oversees development projects in Northwest DC and Maryland, and helps lead Scribe’s design and branding efforts. She brings extensive experience working with organizations in residential and commercial construction.
Deegan Beauchemin
Finance & Project Management
Deegan oversees financial and accounting operations, evaluates new opportunities, and manages construction for projects on Capitol Hill. He brings experience in multifamily and residential development across the Washington area.
